Comedian Joanne McNally has booked a free hair transplant procedure in the UK, a decision that has reportedly horrified her best friend and podcast co-host, Vogue Williams. McNally, 43, revealed the plan on their podcast, "My Therapist Ghosted Me," explaining that a company reached out after hearing her frequent discussions about her hairline and use of Minoxidil.

"A company got in touch," McNally stated on the podcast. "No, it’s in England. And she was like, ‘Hey, we listen to the pod and we hear you always talking about your hairline and you’re on the Minoxidil. Would you be interested in getting a hair transplant at the front?"

Williams, 40, who is pregnant, expressed strong disapproval. "Now, Joanne I’d let you do most things and let you go on your merry way and do most of the things that you like to do. But I’m not going to let you get a hair transplant. I’m sorry you can’t."

Despite Williams's objections, McNally confirmed that she has already booked the procedure and is discussing dates. McNally described her concern as having "a bit of receding" at her hairline, for which she currently uses Regaine and Minoxidil. She clarified that she is not aiming for a full fringe but desires "just a couple of extra inches at the front."

McNally plans to schedule the procedure for a time when her work schedule is less demanding, specifically when she is not touring or doing extensive television appearances, and anticipates undergoing the transplant while writing her book. "I can have a hair transplant when I’m writing my book," she said.

Williams acknowledged personal autonomy in such decisions but remained unconvinced about McNally's need for the procedure. "Listen, everyone should do what they want to do. Their own body and their own choice. I just don’t feel like you need a hair transplant and I just don’t think you’re going to like it," Williams stated. McNally, however, expressed confidence in her decision, asserting, "Yeah, I think I’ll love it. It’s happening."

McNally also recently shared details about her experience filming "The Traitors," mentioning interactions with Jerry Hall and Ross Kemp. She described Hall as "super glam, and super sound" and recalled sharing cigarettes with her. Of Kemp, she said he is "a fascinating man who’s led a billion lives" and has "stories about cartels and guns."
