Dame Joan Collins, 93, recently hosted a group of friends, including Elizabeth Hurley, 61, and Billy Ray Cyrus, 64, at her villa in St. Tropez for an "enchanting" holiday.
Hurley shared a series of photos from the getaway, showcasing moments from luxury lunches at the celebrity-favored spot Le Club 55, swimming in the villa's pool, and lounging in the sunshine. In one post, Hurley, along with her son Damian, 24, and Cyrus, posed with Collins in the villa's gardens. "Thank you to the magnificent @joancollinsdbe and Percy for the most enchanting holiday in St Tropez. We adore you," Hurley captioned the image.
Collins, known for her roles in "Dynasty" and "The Royals," has owned the five-bedroom property in St. Tropez for over three decades, typically spending three to four months there each summer. She joked in a video shared from lunch, "Here I am, with all my friends, all I have in the world and we're all spending her money," gesturing playfully at Hurley.
Collins and Hurley share a long-standing friendship, having played mother and daughter in the E! drama series "The Royals." Hurley, accompanied by her son and Cyrus, arrived last week to spend time with Collins at the villa.
During her career, Collins has often discussed her approach to maintaining her appearance. She has stated that she avoids plastic surgery, having had Botox only once years ago and disliking the effect on her ability to express emotions as an actress. Instead, she advocates for a lifestyle of eating less, suggesting consuming half the amount of food at age 50 compared to 25, and even less at 75. She also emphasizes skincare and has mentioned using a temporary diet of broccoli and boiled eggs if she needs to lose a few pounds quickly. Collins has expressed a desire to live to be 100.
Collins's exercise regimen has evolved over the years. She was very active in her youth, dancing for hours at discotheques and nightclubs. Later, she incorporated gym workouts and Pilates. However, she has noted that as one gets older, the body cannot withstand the same level of stress. In recent years, she had to reduce her physical activity due to a trapped nerve that left her incapacitated for two months.
