Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez were photographed holding hands during a date night in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood, the latest public display in a series of recent outings for the couple.

The 44-year-old actress and the 32-year-old Marvel actor walked together on Tuesday, appearing affectionate as they left for a parking lot. Alba wore an oversized brown leather jacket left unzipped over a brown bustier-style top with relaxed-fit blue jeans and pointy-toed heels; Ramirez wore a blue-and-white varsity-style jacket, a black T-shirt, midnight-blue jeans and black boots. The pair have also recently attended the U.S. Open and New York Fashion Week together.

The outing came days after Alba’s estranged husband, film producer Cash Warren, confirmed he is dating 20-year-old actress Seanna Pereira. Warren is 46. A source who spoke to Us Weekly said the age differences between the former couple and their new partners are not a point of contention.

"The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal," the source said. "They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings. They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other."

Alba and Warren announced their separation in January after nearly 17 years of marriage. In her announcement, Alba wrote that she had been "on a journey of self realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," and described the decision as a new chapter of growth and evolution for both of them.

The couple share three children: daughter Honor, 17; daughter Haven, 14; and son Hayes, 7. A source told Us Weekly that both parents are protective of the children’s privacy and that any introductions to new partners would be handled "very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious." The source said maintaining a "stable and peaceful environment for their kids" is a priority.

A separate source told the magazine the split was mutual and that Alba and Warren had discussed dating other people during their separation. "They had conversations about dating other people while going through their separation, and agreed they were both fine with it," the source said.

Alba has remained visible on the public circuit since the announcement, attending high-profile events alongside Ramirez. Public appearances and the recent Soho sighting underscore how the two have been increasingly seen together in New York this season. Warren’s confirmation of his relationship with Pereira followed media reports about their outings.

Both former spouses have publicly signaled continued goodwill. Alba posted a Father's Day tribute to Warren in June, sharing a throwback photo of him with their newborn son and offering a public acknowledgment on the holiday. Representatives for Alba and Warren did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

The developments mark a new phase for the family after the January announcement, with both adults negotiating co-parenting, new relationships and public attention while maintaining that their primary focus remains their children’s well-being.
