Jessica Alba and actor Danny Ramirez were photographed holding hands as they left a dinner in New York City on Monday, the latest public appearance since reports of Alba’s separation from her husband, Cash Warren.

Alba, 44, and Ramirez, 32, had been in town for the U.S. Open and New York Fashion Week and were later seen at a Tory Burch show earlier in the day. Alba wore a shimmering chocolate-brown halter top, a floor-length satin skirt and a leather jacket, while Ramirez wore a navy sweater beneath a windbreaker, distressed jeans and a green-billed cap. The pair appeared relaxed as they walked along a New York sidewalk toward their evening engagement.

Alba and Ramirez first drew public attention as a couple after returning from a trip to Cancun in July, when scenes of the two together prompted dating speculation. People close to the actors have said the relationship grew out of a friendship and that the pair have several mutual friends. Alba and Warren announced their separation in January, and Alba filed for divorce in February, listing Dec. 27, 2024, as the date of separation. The former couple share three children: Honor, 17; Haven, 14; and Hayes, 7.

Cash Warren has recently confirmed a relationship with 20-year-old actress Seanna Pereira and has been photographed in public with her. Representatives for Alba, Ramirez and Warren did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Earlier Monday, Alba attended the Tory Burch Spring/Summer show in New York, where she was photographed with several industry figures. She stepped down from day-to-day leadership of The Honest Company in 2024 and has described herself as an advisor to the brand.

Ramirez is best known for roles on television and in film, including an appearance on The Last of Us, and he is attached to the Marvel film Avengers: Doomsday, in which he is set to play Juan Torres, also known as Falcon. Alba is scheduled to appear on the big screen in Maserati: The Brothers, a fact-based drama about the makers of the luxury car line, which is set to open Oct. 16.

The New York outing follows months of attention on both actors’ personal lives and professional projects. Their public appearances in Manhattan — from fashion events to dinner — mark the most visible sign yet of their relationship since reports of their initial trip together in July and Alba’s subsequent divorce filing in February.
