Jennifer Metcalfe, 42, shared a series of bikini photos from her recent holiday in St. Tropez, offering a glimpse into her time on the French Riviera. The images, posted to Instagram on Tuesday, show the "Hollyoaks" actress enjoying the sunshine and spending time with her boyfriend, Josh.
In one snapshot, Metcalfe captured a mirror selfie, showcasing her physique in a rose pink patterned bikini and a matching cropped cover-up. Another photo featured her in a white halter-neck bikini top paired with a white beach skirt that had a high leg split. The couple also dressed up for an evening outing, with Metcalfe wearing a floor-length green gown. She captioned the post, "Professionals. St Tropez u were bliss."
Métcalfe and Josh, who have been dating since April 2024, have maintained a relatively private relationship. The actress recently shared that they have no immediate plans for marriage or moving in together. Instead, the couple frequently travels, taking holidays "every other weekend." During these trips, Metcalfe's nine-year-old son, Daye, stays with his father, former "Geordie Shore" star Greg Lake.
"I’ve never thought about marriage in my path, but you never know," Metcalfe told the Daily Mail last month. "I feel at peace and I've never dreamt of a big white wedding dress. Moving in together is not in our path at the minute, it’s just the way our lifestyles are right now."
She described their lifestyle as "living on holiday," noting her boyfriend's enjoyment of itineraries and flights, which facilitates their frequent getaways. Metcalfe met Josh through mutual friends, a preferred method of introduction over dating apps.
In the same interview, Metcalfe reflected on her appearance in her forties and her past as a prominent figure in men's magazines. "I don’t think there is ever any secret. I think if you are just happy in your life, then you're going to look and feel good," she stated, adding that she rejects the notion that women in their forties should appear aged. Metcalfe mentioned having had some Botox in the past and enjoys red wine and having fun. She fondly recalled her time participating in photoshoots for lads' magazines with "Hollyoaks" co-stars as "the best times of our lives," though she suggested she might not pose in a similar fashion now, viewing it as having served its purpose for the time.
