Jennifer Lawrence has disclosed her use of cosmetic treatments, including small amounts of Botox, and shared her thoughts on procedures she finds intriguing but is hesitant to undergo. The 36-year-old actress noted that she opts for 'baby Botox' to maintain facial movement, telling Vogue, "I can't really get very much done. I need to have movement in my face – I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot."
Lawrence also revealed that she would like to have a buccal fat removal procedure, stating, "I can't because everybody would know, but just know that I want that." However, she expressed significant nervousness about the growing trend of fat transfers, saying, "I support other people doing them because I want to continue to watch and see what happens, but I don't know about that."
Her current skincare regimen includes using Tretinoin cream, a form of retinol, and occasionally diaper rash ointment. Lawrence explained that she uses Desitin overnight when her face is red from retinol use, observing that it helps reduce redness and makes her pores appear smaller.
Previously, Lawrence had shared plans for a breast enhancement, citing the effects of her second pregnancy. She told The New Yorker last October that after her second son was born in March 2025, "Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one. Second one, nothing bounced back." She also mentioned having a nude scene to film in upcoming months.
Lawrence also commented on the time-consuming nature of cosmetic maintenance, comparing salon visits to "going to the hand dentist." She expressed a dislike for getting her hair colored and going to nail salons, finding the processes tedious. She also stated that she is no longer using vitamin C cream, having heard it is ineffective, though she remains open to ingestible vitamins.
