Jennifer Aniston's facialist, Joanna Czech, says red carpet prep can take six weeks. In LYMA's Power Women episode, Czech described how top stars prepare in the weeks before a major event: they overhaul their lifestyle, ramp up workouts, schedule slimming massages, and follow a precise facial routine. The approach, she said, is a gradual process rather than an instant fix.

Czech noted that many high-profile clients share common concerns, including changes to the jaw area and hyperpigmentation. She said these issues are interconnected: when the largest facial muscles are kept still with botulinum toxin, other areas can become weaker over time. She also warned that fillers, if overused, can lead to unnatural changes in facial shape. Botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin that temporarily paralyzes muscles; fillers, typically hyaluronic acid, restore volume and smooth wrinkles.

Aniston has not disclosed every tweak, but she has discussed one surgical procedure: rhinoplasty in her 20s to correct a deviated septum from a broken nose in high school. In a 2007 interview with People, she called the operation the best thing she ever did. She has dismissed rumors of breast augmentation, saying that any apparent changes come from normal weight fluctuations rather than implants. She has acknowledged trying Botox in the past but has said she is not a fan, noting that the look can be a slippery slope.

Beyond surgical and injectable work, Aniston has embraced non-surgical skincare technologies. She has spoken of peptide injections as part of her routine and has praised high-tech treatments such as the CACI laser facial, Thermage, and Ultherapy for skin tightening. She described Ultherapy as a workout for the face and has said the lasers help reduce wrinkles and acne scars.

In 2023 she revealed unconventional anti-aging experiments, including a salmon sperm facial suggested by an aesthetician. She later said the facial did not noticeably affect her complexion, but she continues to favor weekly peptide injections to combat aging. Her daily regimen includes a five-days-a-week cardio-focused workout and short Pvolve sessions, coupled with a form of intermittent fasting known as 16:8.

Aniston publicly discusses maintaining health through a high-protein, low-carb, and low-sugar diet, balanced sleep, hydration, and mindfulness. She has noted Sundays as an exception for indulgence, such as In-N-Out burgers, and has described how she avoids “thin fads,” focusing instead on sustainable habits. Her go-to salad order has become famous online, reflecting a consistent emphasis on nutrition in her routine.

Aniston's enduring prominence on red carpets underscores ongoing interest in celebrity skincare strategies. The actress has been named People's Most Beautiful Woman in 2004 and 2016, reinforcing her place as an enduring icon of ageless style.
