Jennifer Aniston, the 57-year-old Hollywood actress, has shared a key element of her enduring beauty regimen: a £15 Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. Aniston revealed in a video for Harper's Bazaar UK that she has been using the "wonder balm" since the late 1990s.
Aniston discovered the product in London when a makeup artist applied it to her eyelids. "She was right, I don't leave the house without it," Aniston stated, adopting a "if it's not broken, don't fix it" philosophy regarding her skincare. After approximately 30 years of consistent use, the cream has also gained a fan in her "The Morning Show" co-star, Reese Witherspoon.
The Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream is described as a skin protectant that can be used to shape brows, add shine to cheeks, soothe dry hands, and smooth cuticles and nails.
Beyond the Eight Hour Cream, Aniston’s beauty routine includes other favored products. She mentioned her hair has always been a priority, and she carries her own brand, LolaVie, in travel-sized sets for touch-ups. Other items in her routine include U Beauty's The Plasma lip treatment, Charlotte Tilbury lip liner and foundation stick, and Image Skincare SPF.
Aniston also credits staying hydrated for her appearance. She shared that she uses a Jill Dempsey gold bar at home for facial lymphatic drainage and utilizes the Therabody Depuffing Wand, particularly for puffiness around the eyes. Another device she employs is the Ziip Halo, a £379.99 nanocurrent and microcurrent tool designed to treat fine lines and age spots.
While not a fan of traditional eyelash curlers, Aniston opts for a heated eyelash curler. For active moments, whether on set or vacation, she keeps a Pvolve P-band in her handbag for impromptu workouts, noting it provides an "extra blast" for the arms.
