Jenna Jameson has confirmed her fourth marriage, a private ceremony held last month in Miami with Milagros 'Milly' Ocampo, an aspiring author and army veteran. Jameson, 52, and Ocampo, 41, intended to keep their nuptials confidential, but news of the wedding became public. Jameson told the Daily Mail that Ocampo is a "pure-intentioned, loving human being" and her "best friend."

Ocampo also addressed the wedding on social media, stating that they would not be sharing images or details of the proposal, as they had intended to keep these private. She indicated that TMZ revealed the news without their consent, prompting their public acknowledgment.

Jameson's previous marriages include a brief union with lesbian influencer Jessi Lawless in May 2023, which ended less than a year later. Lawless cited Jameson's alleged relapse into drinking as the reason for their split. Before Lawless, Jameson was married to adult film star Brad Armstrong from 1996 to 2001. She then married Jay Grdina, co-founder of her former website Club Jenna, from 2003 to 2006.

Jameson was also in a long-term relationship with UFC fighter Tito Ortiz, with whom she has twins born in 2009. Their relationship, which ended in 2013, was described as tumultuous, and Ortiz was awarded full custody of their children. Following that, Jameson was with Israeli businessman Lior Bitton, with whom she has a daughter, Batel. They were together for eight years but never married and split in 2023. During her relationship with Bitton, Jameson converted to Judaism but later left the faith to become a Christian and was baptized.

Jameson, who began her adult career as a Las Vegas stripper in the early 1990s, rose to prominence in the adult film industry and crossed into mainstream pop culture with appearances on The Howard Stern Show and in his 1997 film, Private Parts. She also appeared in Eminem's "Without Me" music video and authored a New York Times bestselling memoir. Now retired from the adult industry and OnlyFans, Jameson identifies as sober and a born-again Christian.
