Jane Scher, the mother of socialite Libbie Mugrabi, was filmed threatening to throw a drink at influencer Jean‑Claude Langerholc during an Untitled Magazine party at Aquarelle during New York Fashion Week, and Langerholc said he subsequently filed a police report.

In video obtained by Page Six, Langerholc is shown recording himself as Scher sips a beverage nearby. Scher notices the recording and says, "I’m going to throw this on your f–king face. Get away from here!" According to Langerholc, who was holding a beer, the encounter left him "black and blue." He told Page Six he works as a door attendant at the restaurant twice a week and that he filed a police report after the incident.

Scher, who runs SkinTight MedSpa, denied the account when contacted and repeatedly said, "that’s not true!" After being told the incident was captured on video, she said, "the guy is stalking me… Enough is enough!" Scher attended the party with a photographer identified as Robert Burek.

Burek told Page Six that Langerholc struck Scher in the hip before recording began and said he doubles as Scher’s bodyguard because "she’s scared of this guy. I have to watch her back… He’s a nobody." Langerholc has maintained he was taking a selfie clip when Scher allegedly confronted him.

Aquarelle owner Baris Koroglu confirmed that an incident occurred at the event but declined to elaborate beyond a quip: "Let’s just say the seafood wasn’t the only thing served with a splash that night." Several invited guests, including Untitled founder Indira Cesarine, designer Frederick Anderson and singer Crystal Waters, were reported to be unaware of any altercation as the party continued.

The confrontation comes amid a separate civil dispute involving Scher and a former assistant, who has sued alleging Scher owes about $20,000 in back pay. Scher has told Page Six she believes the assistant and Langerholc are collaborating to "harass" and "tag team" her; the former friends have accused each other of stalking.

Langerholc declined additional comment beyond his account to Page Six that he filed a police report. Scher did not expand on whether she would pursue any legal action. The restaurant night carried on with other guests and the Untitled Magazine event proceeding as scheduled.
