Jack Tweed left Jade Goody “heartbroken” after allegedly propositioning other women for sex while on a skiing holiday in the French Alps in March 2007, the Daily Mail reported on Sunday.

According to the newspaper, which cited contemporaneous accounts published in The People, Tweed — then 22 and described as working as a football agent — was on a "lads" trip to Val Thorens with friends including television presenter Mark Wright when he was said to have prowled bars looking for women. The report quotes witnesses who said he offered to pay a woman "I'll give you 50 Euros" to perform a sexual act, urged women to engage in group and lesbian sex and disparaged two women who declined his advances, saying, "You two are just boring." He later issued a public apology that was reported at the time: "I can't believe I've been such an idiot. I've been so stupid. I know I've let Jade down with my drunken antics and I deeply regret it. I only hope she can forgive me."

A friend of the late Goody is quoted in the report saying the conduct was "a horrible way to treat Jade, she adored Jack and gave him a lovely, happy life. Yet he went away and did that. It was vile. He carried on like a single man for much of their time they were together." The Daily Mail account includes additional claims that Tweed and a companion made crude demands of two women in a town café and that Tweed became petulant when they declined to follow him back to a hotel.

The incidents occurred not long after Goody had provoked international controversy over remarks she made on Celebrity Big Brother in 2007. At the time of the Val Thorens trip, Goody was living in Ongar, Essex, with Tweed and her two sons, Bobby and Freddy, who were reported to be three and one years old respectively. The report says Goody was shown a photograph shortly before the trip that allegedly showed Tweed in bed with another woman; she reportedly accepted his explanation and continued to stand by him.

Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer the following year and died in February 2009. She and Tweed were married in a small ceremony at Down Hall country house in Essex a week before her death. The Daily Mail report notes that despite earlier reports of Tweed's womanising, he remained at Goody's side during her illness and that he is reportedly still in touch with her younger son, Freddy, who the report identifies as 20 years old in 2025.

The resurfacing of the 2007 accounts comes amid renewed interest in Goody's life and relationships. Her rise to fame through reality television, the controversy on Celebrity Big Brother and the public nature of her subsequent illness and death made her a persistent figure in British tabloid coverage. The Daily Mail article draws on contemporaneous reporting to recount the episode in Val Thorens and the reaction among Goody's friends and family at the time.

Tweed has previously acknowledged the episode in interviews conducted shortly after 2007, and the apology quoted in the contemporary coverage was widely reported. The Daily Mail did not provide new direct comment from Tweed in its Sunday article. The report reiterates the complex and often-public relationship between the pair in the years before Goody's death and the way those events were covered by British media outlets.
