Jack Antonoff was photographed wearing his wedding ring in Brooklyn, New York, on Wednesday, just hours before reports surfaced detailing an alleged separation from actress Margaret Qualley. Antonoff, 42, stepped out with his sister, Rachel Antonoff, for a dog walk at approximately 10:40 a.m. EST, with the wedding band prominently visible on his left hand.

People magazine reported a few hours after Antonoff was seen that the couple have separated and are experiencing a "rocky" relationship. A second insider told the publication that the actress and the Bleachers frontman are "figuring things out."

The news of the alleged split follows Antonoff's appearance at the wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce earlier in July, where he attended with his sister instead of Qualley. Qualley was reportedly filming the movie Possession at the time.

Further fueling speculation, it recently emerged that Qualley had quietly deleted photos of the couple's August 2023 wedding from her Instagram account. While the original posts are no longer available, a fan page on X reposted some of the images. Qualley's most recent social media mention of her husband was a birthday wish on her Instagram Story on March 31.

In March, Qualley posted photos from her 2023 wedding with Antonoff to promote his latest single with his band Bleachers, titled Dirty Wedding Dress, which references their nuptials. Above, during their reception in New Jersey

Qualley's Instagram username also recently changed from @isimostar to @sarahmargaretqualley23. The name "Isimo" is notable as it is also the title of a 2024 song by Antonoff's band, Bleachers.

Qualley and Antonoff's last public appearance together was at the Grammy Awards in February, where they displayed affection. During an interview with Today, Qualley gave a hesitant response when asked about Antonoff's involvement in Swift's latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was produced by Max Martin and Shellback, not Antonoff. Antonoff has, however, produced Swift's previous albums, including Midnights and The Tortured Poets Department.

The couple were first romantically linked in August 2021. Qualley confirmed their engagement in May 2022 after being seen wearing a diamond ring at the Cannes Film Festival. They married in August 2023 in Long Beach, New Jersey, with guests including Taylor Swift, Cara Delevingne, and Lana Del Rey.

Qualley previously described her romance with Antonoff as "love at first sight," telling Elle UK in 2024 that she felt he was her husband just two weeks after they met in the summer of 2021.
