Jack Antonoff was observed wearing his wedding ring on July 8, just hours before reports emerged of a separation from actress Margaret Qualley. The music producer, 42, was seen sporting the band on his left hand as he walked his dog with his sister, Rachel Antonoff, in Brooklyn, New York. The sighting occurred around 10:40 AM EST on the same day news of the alleged split was reported.

According to People, the couple have separated and are currently experiencing a "rocky" relationship. A source cited by the publication indicated that the actress and the Bleachers frontman are "figuring things out."

The reported separation follows speculation that arose when Antonoff attended the July 3 wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce with his sister, rather than Qualley. Qualley is reportedly filming the movie "Possession."

Further fueling rumors, it was recently noted that Qualley had deleted photographs of the couple's August 2023 wedding from her Instagram account. While the original posts are no longer directly accessible, some images were reportedly re-shared by a fan account on X. A review of Qualley's Instagram feed shows no recent photos of Antonoff, including those from their wedding.

The couple's last public appearance together was at the Grammy Awards in February 2026, where they were observed interacting with other music industry figures. Prior to this, on March 31, Qualley posted a birthday wish to Antonoff on her Instagram Story, accompanying it with a photo captioned, "Happy birthday sweetheart."

In late April, Qualley also changed her Instagram username from @isimostar to @sarahmargaretqualley23. The former username is notable as Antonoff has a 2024 song titled "Isimo" with his band Bleachers.

Qualley's absence from the Swift-Kelce wedding also occurred nearly a year after an interview where she appeared taken aback when asked about Antonoff not producing one of Swift's albums. During a sit-down with "Today" co-host Craig Melvin, the mention of the album "The Life of a Showgirl" reportedly caught her off guard.
