Isla Fisher has re-entered the dating world following her separation from Sacha Baron Cohen, sharing some of her ultimate male turn-offs, or 'icks,' in a recent interview. The actress, who was seen with footballer Larry Cohen earlier this year, revealed her pet peeves during a chat with KIIS FM’s The Smallzy Show.

Fisher, 50, stated that backpacks and deck shoes are among her biggest dating 'icks.' She indicated that she would end a date immediately if a potential suitor wore either of these items. "Backpack the wrong way, backpack period. If a bloke shows up in a backpack, wrap it up, Wayne. It's done," she said. She also described seeing someone wear deck shoes with the heel slipped off, a style she found 'repulsive.'

Another turn-off for Fisher is a man's running style. She suggested that men could learn from action star Tom Cruise, who she believes has "nailed the sexy run." Conversely, she finds that men running in films, often described romantically, can quickly become a deterrent for a female audience.

Fisher and Baron Cohen, who were married for 14 years, mutually announced the end of their marriage in late 2023, with their divorce finalized in June of last year. The actress has spoken about the difficulty of this period, describing it as a "challenging time" and a "different grief." She has been focusing on rebuilding her sense of self and reconnecting with past passions.

In contrast to Fisher's approach, reports indicate that Baron Cohen has moved on to dating younger models. Three months after their divorce was confirmed, he was reported to be dating 27-year-old model Hannah Palmer, and was later photographed with 26-year-old social media star Kelsey Calemine.

Fisher is currently promoting her new film, "Spa Weekend," alongside co-stars Adam Demos, Anna Faris, and Leslie Mann. She has expressed optimism about her post-divorce life, viewing it as an opportunity for self-exploration and personal growth. "I feel like creating a new identity after your divorce is so fun, though," she told NewBeauty. "You get to reflect on your values and goals, explore new interests, focus on what you want and rebuild your sense of self."
