Online personality Braden Eric Peters, known as Clavicular, documented a series of rejections during a recent trip to Paris, acknowledging he has "no game" with women.
In a video shared on the streaming platform Kick, which has garnered over 125,000 views, Peters is shown approaching multiple women in Paris. He described his efforts as "shooting air balls" and stated, "I am not a f—ing pick up artist." He attributed his lack of success partly to his primary online focus: "looksmaxxing," a trend centered on optimizing physical attractiveness. Peters, who has amassed nearly 2.4 million followers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Kick, reportedly earns $100,000 per month from Kick.
During his time in Paris, where he also walked in the 424 fashion show for Fashion Week, Peters attempted to engage women in conversation. In one instance, he kissed the hand of a bartender and complimented her, receiving a polite but dismissive "Thank you." Later, outside a cafe, he approached a table of women, introducing himself and asking if he was famous. After confirming he was, one woman responded, "OK. Have a good time in Paris. I hope you enjoy it."
Frustrated by the interactions, Peters turned to the camera, stating his game is "god awful" but that he has the "nerve to practice approaching." He also suggested the women who rejected him were "lesbians."
His experiences in Paris drew commentary from French media outlets, including Le Figaro and L'Humanité, which reportedly praised the women for snubbing Peters. Online critics also weighed in, with some suggesting his perceived "aura of importance" did not translate in a city where he is not widely known. Others noted his "I Love Paris" shirt and his overall demeanor. One YouTube creator commented that his influence diminishes when people stop paying attention, while others jokingly sided with the French.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Peters expressed his intention to improve his conversational skills, stating, "Trying to conversationmax so I can be well-rounded." He also thanked the women of Paris for being "super classy and respectful."
This is not the first time Peters has faced legal issues. Earlier in the year, he was charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm in Florida after he and a friend were filmed shooting at a dead alligator. The pair received six months of probation, community service, and firearm safety courses, but avoided jail time.
