Four prominent actresses from the 1970s, Dyan Cannon, Jaclyn Smith, Alana Stewart, and Donna Mills, recently reunited for a birthday celebration.
The group gathered to honor Beverly Hills makeup artist Patrick Foley, a friend of over 40 years to Cannon.
Dyan Cannon, 89, known for her role in "Heaven Can Wait" and an Oscar nomination for "Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice," was among the attendees. Cannon was previously married to Cary Grant, with whom she had a daughter. She has spoken about overcoming personal struggles that led to a breakdown and hospitalization.
Jaclyn Smith, 80, achieved fame as the sole cast member of "Charlie's Angels" to remain with the show for its entire original run from 1976 to 1981. She has since expanded into fashion design, with lines including Jaclyn Smith Home.
Alana Stewart, 81, a former model, was best friends with the late Farrah Fawcett. Stewart was married to actor George Hamilton and later to musician Rod Stewart. She is also a regular fixture at Los Angeles Lakers games.
Donna Mills, 85, gained prominence for her role as the girlfriend in Clint Eastwood's 1971 directorial debut, "Play Misty for Me." Her most recognized role is Abby Cunningham on the 1980s soap opera "Knots Landing."
Cannon shared a photograph from the event on Instagram, expressing her joy at the gathering. "In the photo you see Gayle and Jaclyn Smith, Alana, Stewart, Donna Mills, and so many others that were in attendance…l AINT LOVE GRAND!!!” she wrote. "Let’s celebrate each other every day… Isn’t that a good plan??"
The combined age of the four actresses in the picture is 335 years.
