Heidi Montag has released the music video for her new single "Splash," a track from her third studio album, "Masterpiece." The video, directed by Shane Sackett, features Montag, 39, showcasing her physique in a bedazzled teal bikini as she poses by and in a pool. The electropop song includes provocative lyrics, with lines such as, "I know they hear it through the walls when you put it down," and "Put me in a chokehold, spit on my face."
Montag's album "Masterpiece" also features songs like "Supermodel," "Step On The Gas," "Summer Love," and "Ex Machina." The title track includes the lyrics, "Up against the wall like I'm a masterpiece" and "I'm your night nurse / Or your cowgirl in reverse." The album's cover art depicts Montag in a sheer mesh dress.
Montag has been open about her past cosmetic surgeries, which she underwent at age 23, including a chin reduction, breast implants, liposuction, brow lift, otoplasty, and a nose job revision. She is also known for her dedication to fitness, spending significant time on cardio and weight training.
Recently, Montag performed at the Neon Skies music festival in Canada, sharing the stage with artists Slayyter and Kesha. She began teasing the "Masterpiece" album in January, following the release of her 2025 sophomore album, "Heidiwood." Montag described "Masterpiece" as more mainstream than "Heidiwood," serving as a bridge between her first album, "Superficial," and her second.
Montag's earlier music experienced a surge in popularity last year after her home in Pacific Palisades, valued at $2.5 million, was destroyed in the Los Angeles fires. Fans responded by purchasing and streaming her 2010 debut album, "Superficial," and its lead single, "I'll Do It," both of which reached No. 1 on iTunes in the U.S. Building on this momentum, Montag released "Heidiwood," which charted in the top ten on iTunes.
While Montag focuses on her music, her husband, Spencer Pratt, has shifted his focus to politics. After a recent unsuccessful bid for the Los Angeles mayoral race, Pratt has become a political influencer advocating against corruption in California and the rise of communism.
