Heidi Montag recently made a splash at the Neon Skies Festival in Canada, performing an hour-long set that evoked a distinct Barbie-esque persona. The 39-year-old mother of two took to the stage in a striking all-pink outfit, featuring a bedazzled latex bodysuit with a halter neck and a significant cutout across the chest. She completed the look with matching thigh-high latex boots.

Montag's performance wardrobe also included a sheer, bedazzled hooded cape that she shed early in the show, along with a matching latex skirt that she removed mid-performance. Her signature blonde hair was left down as she sang and danced throughout her set. She shared multiple posts of her festival appearance on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the enthusiastic reception from the audience and fellow performers.

"What an incredible show!" Montag wrote on Instagram. "Thank you to everyone who showed up and showed so much love!" She added, "It was an honor to preform on the same stage as the phenomenal @slayyyter ! Thank you @neonskiesfestival ! Dreams come true!"

During the festival, Montag performed a medley of her hits, including tracks from her latest album, "Masterpiece," which was released on June 26. Fan favorites from the album such as "Ex Machina," "Icon," and "Summer Love" were part of the setlist, alongside earlier singles like "I’ll Do It," "Superficial," "Body Language," and "Blackout."

Montag's return to the music scene has been notable. She released her debut studio album, "Superficial," in 2010 and followed up with "Heidiwood" in May 2025, and "Masterpiece" in June 2026. Her musical comeback gained momentum after her and husband Spencer Pratt's home was destroyed in a wildfire. She described the opportunity to headline the Neon Skies Festival as "a huge moment in my career."

In a recent interview, Montag shared that she had been rehearsing for months for the festival performance, balancing her preparations with her role as a mother to her two sons, Gunner and Ryker. "My children are my priority, so I wanted to give space for them getting sick or me getting sick or who knows anything happening," she stated.

The festival performance followed a period of support for her husband, Spencer Pratt, who recently concluded his campaign for Los Angeles mayor. After the election results were announced, Montag posted on social media, "I couldn’t love my husband more and be more proud of him. What an inspiration, what a hero."
