During a trip to Las Vegas in season 20, episode 6 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Heather Dubrow made an attempt to sow discord between cast members Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson. The episode, themed around a "Life of a Show Girl" fantasy, saw Dubrow's efforts to drive a wedge between the friends.
However, Kirschenheiter and Simpson addressed their issues directly, ultimately presenting a united front against Dubrow's perceived interference. The dynamic shifted as the friends navigated the interpersonal tensions within the group, with their own reconciliation taking precedence over Dubrow's attempts to break them apart.
"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and is available for streaming the following day on Peacock.
