Harrison Ford, 84, was recently seen cycling through Malibu, showcasing his continued active lifestyle. The actor, known for his roles in "Blade Runner" and "Indiana Jones," opted for tight bike shorts and a windbreaker during a sunny afternoon ride.

Ford has previously mentioned cycling as a key component of his fitness routine. In a 2020 interview with Ellen DeGeneres, he stated, "I work out a bit – I ride bikes, and I play tennis." He has recently shifted his focus more towards cycling, particularly mountain biking in the Santa Monica Mountains, saying, "I really enjoy being outside in nature on a bike, and that's recent for me — the last three or four years."

This activity comes after Ford received a Life Achievement Award at the Actor Awards in March, where he reflected on his career and expressed gratitude for his health and opportunities. He acknowledged his luck in finding his "people," work that challenges him, and the ability to continue his craft. "I don't take that for granted," he said during his acceptance speech.

While Ford is an avid pilot and owns several aircraft, he has indicated he is flying less frequently. "I fly from time to time, but I'm cutting back," he told People magazine. This shift has led to more time spent on his bicycle.

At one point, Ford stopped to grab a bite to eat at a local food truck before resuming his journey

Beyond cycling, Ford maintains his fitness through activities such as tennis, light gym training, and skiing, complemented by a healthy diet. He has been married to Calista Flockhart for 16 years. The actor's dedication to staying active continues to be a notable aspect of his life well into his eighties.
