Hailey Bieber gave followers a look at a demanding postpartum workout in a video posted to her Instagram Story on Saturday, more than a year after she and husband Justin Bieber welcomed their son, Jack Blues.

The 28-year-old model filmed herself exercising in a sports bra and biker shorts in what appeared to be a home gym, performing crunches with a yoga block on a mat. The black-and-white clip was set to Justin Bieber's song "Speed Demon," and Hailey tagged her trainer, Kirsty Godso, while writing that she was doing "our fave rib flare exercise" and that she "did lots of these to help correct rib flare after pregnancy."

The post follows the couple's recent celebration of their son's first birthday and comes after Hailey has spoken publicly about the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. In a May interview with Vogue, she described the period after childbirth as "the most sensitive time I've ever gone through," saying she experienced "high highs and low lows" and an unusual level of "self-hatred" as her body changed.

She told Vogue that she reminded herself, "Hailey, you had a baby. You grew a human. You birthed a human. It's okay. Give yourself grace. Give yourself time," and that it took longer than she expected to lose roughly the last 15 pounds gained during pregnancy. Hailey said she worked with a team of experts on what she called "the building blocks," which included attention to her pelvic floor, spinal alignment and core realignment.

Hailey has described a varied fitness regimen that she rotates to maintain strength and overall wellness. She has said she alternates strength training, sculpt classes, hot and reformer pilates, and yoga, and that she also uses saunas, cold plunges, chiropractic care, breath work and extensive stretching. She has mentioned attending private pilates sessions with friends in the industry, including Kendall Jenner, and has listed treatments such as facials, massages and micro-needling among her wellness routines.

On the subject of "bouncing back," Hailey has been explicit about altered body proportions after pregnancy. She told Vogue that her hips are wider and her breasts are fuller than before pregnancy, and that accepting those changes was part of moving forward rather than trying to return to a previous shape. "You're not the same person that you were before," she said.

The Instagram Story highlighted one aspect of that ongoing recovery work: targeted exercises aimed at correcting rib flare, a commonly reported postpartum concern involving the position of the ribcage and diaphragm after pregnancy. Hailey's decision to share the footage underscores her continued public discussion of the physical and mental adjustments she has navigated since becoming a first-time mother.

Hailey Bieber has previously been open about seeking professional support and tailoring her fitness and health routines for postpartum recovery. The latest clip reinforces that her approach combines core-focused rehabilitation with regular strength and flexibility work as part of a broader wellness program.
