Gwyneth Paltrow has launched her presence on TikTok, debuting on the platform with a video that includes topless clips. The 53-year-old Oscar winner shared a montage on July 31, 2026, featuring herself in various settings, including lounging in bed and soaking in a bathtub. In these segments, she appears to be wearing only eyeglasses.
Paltrow recited variations of the phrase "One second, I'm just doing a TikTok" in several scenes, which she also posted to her Instagram Story with the caption "Apparently I’m on TikTok now." The introductory video showed her in a helicopter, on a boat, in a garden, and on a private jet, reciting the phrase in multiple languages.
The founder of the wellness brand Goop, and daughter of the late director Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner, returned to acting last year in the drama "Marty Supreme." In 2024, photos of her kissing co-star Timothée Chalamet on the movie set went viral. She discussed her role in the Josh Safdie-directed film in December 2025, stating she played a retired movie star whose "sheen" her co-star sought to emulate.
Earlier in June, Paltrow faced criticism for appearing in a campaign for a housing development in Israel. The advertisement showed her promoting a luxury residential development. The partnership drew accusations from some social media users of supporting the country's actions in Gaza and Lebanon.
Paltrow has two children, daughter Apple, 22, and son Moses, 20, with ex-husband Chris Martin. She married TV producer Brad Falchuk in 2018.
