Georgina Rodriguez captivated attendees at the Venice Film Festival on Friday, opting to showcase a stunning array of Chopard diamond jewelry instead of her $3 million engagement ring from Cristiano Ronaldo. The influencer attended the screening of "Mr. Nelson, Did You Kill People?" at Sala Grande, drawing attention with her choice of adornments.
Rodriguez, 32, who announced her engagement to the football star, 41, on August 11, 2025, typically displays a 30-carat diamond ring. However, for this event, she chose to wear elaborate Chopard pieces, including encrusted crescent-shaped rings, matching earrings, and a statement choker. She also wore her simple gold wedding band, a memento from her recent nuptials.
The influencer wore a plunging navy suit jacket with a matching split back skirt, paired with towering black stilettos. Rodriguez appeared to be in high spirits, smiling and waving to the crowds as she posed for photographers, carefully highlighting her jewelry.
This is not the first time Rodriguez has adorned herself with Chopard. It is reported that she wore jewels estimated to be worth £56 million to her intimate wedding ceremony with Ronaldo last month. The couple, who tied the knot exactly one year after announcing their engagement, had a low-key at-home ceremony with their children.
Despite the scaled-down wedding, Rodriguez wore an impressive Chopard Garden of Kalahari necklace featuring a 50-carat D-flawless brilliant-cut diamond as its centerpiece, along with matching accessories. She had previously told Vogue that while they had a private ceremony, they intended to have a larger celebration with family and friends in the future.
Rodriguez's appearance at the Venice Film Festival also coincided with that of French actress Marion Cotillard, who also attended the screening. Cotillard, 50, opted for a more minimalist ensemble, wearing a structured strapless black top and black trousers.
