Georgia Jones has flown to Crete for a week-long wellness retreat with her friend and influencer Chessie King, days after her husband, McFly singer Danny Jones, and reality star Maura Higgins were seen together onstage at the National Television Awards.

Photos and videos shared on social media from Porto Elounda show the pair taking part in sunrise pilates, nature walks and boat trips. Jones was pictured smiling in a bikini while enjoying drinks with King and later posted images of impressive pilates poses as the friends documented their stay at the resort.

The trip comes seven months after an incident in February in which Danny Jones and Higgins were photographed sharing a drunken kiss at an afterparty for the BRIT Awards. At the time, reports said Danny apologised to his wife, their seven-year-old son, Cooper, and his family. Media reports later said Georgia temporarily moved out of the family home before returning after the couple decided to try to repair their marriage.

Since the February incident, the pair had largely avoided appearing at the same events. That changed at the National Television Awards, where the 2024 cast of I'm A Celebrity took to the stage to accept an award in the absence of hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. Danny Jones gave an acceptance speech while Higgins stood a short distance away, a moment some viewers described on the social media platform X as awkward.

Comments on X ranged from concern to criticism, with some users calling the onstage moment uncomfortable and others noting the difficulty it may present for Georgia. Media reports said viewers flooded the platform with reactions, calling it one of the more painful moments of the evening.

Earlier this month, Jones and her husband had presented a united front on a family holiday, posting images on Instagram that included the singer in a white striped shirt and a video of Georgia aboard a speedboat. Those posts followed months of press coverage about the couple working on their relationship.

Representatives for Jones and Danny Jones did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The retreat photos mark the latest public update on Georgia Jones's whereabouts and mood as her husband's brief but high-profile reunion with Higgins continues to attract attention in British tabloid and social coverage.
