The trailer for Gemma Collins' upcoming reality series, "Gemma Collins: Everything. All At Once.," has been released, offering a poignant look into the personal life of the former TOWIE star. The show, set to premiere on September 15 on Sky and NOW, features scenes of her late mother, insights into her fertility struggles, and her relationship with boyfriend Rami.

A Mother's Passing

The trailer includes touching moments with Collins' mother, Joan, who passed away in July at the age of 70. Joan had battled pneumonia twice in the six months leading up to her death. In the trailer, Collins shares a hug with her mother, remarking, "My mum's ill..." Following her mother's death, Collins expressed her grief on Instagram, describing it as hitting her "like waves" and finding solace in the appearance of butterflies, which she felt were signs from her mother.

Collins' mother had a history of health issues, including pneumonia in March 2020 and a more serious health scare in 2024 that led to her being in intensive care and Collins fearing the worst. Joan, a former hairdresser, was a familiar face to TOWIE fans and had appeared on the show, as well as on Collins' episode of "Who Do You Think You Are?" where their family history was explored.

Personal Battles

The reality series also delves into Collins' fertility challenges. A scene in the trailer shows her speaking with a doctor who delivers difficult news. Collins has previously been open about her struggles with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and an underactive thyroid, which she believes have impacted her fertility. The trailer captures her reflecting on her past plans, stating, "I had it all planned out. Marriage, babies. But the minute I started filming this show, my whole world fell apart."

Her fertility struggles are then touched upon as she is seen chatting to a doctor who tells her: 'Well to be honest it's not the news you want to hear...'

Relationship Dynamics

The trailer also highlights tensions in Collins' relationship with her boyfriend, Rami. Collins is heard saying, "My relationship's stressful," and later, "He's packed all his stuff and gone." An argument between the couple is also featured, with Rami exclaiming, "Hey, hey don't give me that alright." Collins is shown breaking down, expressing her distress over the situation.

Gemma then says: 'He's packed all his stuff and gone', before breaking down and saying: 'I haven't even done anything wrong'

Collins and Rami have had an on-again, off-again relationship for over a decade, and are currently engaged for the second time. The show promises to offer an intimate portrayal of these personal events in Collins' life.
