Fran Parman, known for her role in the reality television series "The Only Way Is Essex" (TOWIE), has announced her engagement to MMA fighter Molly McCann. The couple celebrated their engagement after two years of dating. McCann, 36, proposed to Parman, 35, during a weekend trip to Ireland.

In a joint Instagram post, McCann shared her excitement, writing, "Saved the best till last, a weekend I knew the only way I could top it would be asking you to marry me. The easiest decision I've ever made. I promise to love you and protect you forever." The proposal took place at The Cross at Bray Head in Ireland.

Parman, who came out in 2024 when she confirmed her relationship with McCann, expressed her deep affection for her fiancée. She wrote, "I don’t know where to start really but show my appreciation for you. I’ve never met someone with such beautiful qualities and everything I’ve been searching for in life." Parman praised McCann's "drive, kindness, caring, loyal and loving nature," adding that McCann has helped her become the "best version of myself so far."

McCann is an English mixed martial artist who competes in the UFC women's Strawweight division.
