Celebrity party planner Fran Cutler has revealed that she maintains secret "hit lists" of individuals she believes have wronged her, including estranged friends like supermodel Kate Moss.

Cutler, 63, who organized Moss's birthday parties for years before their falling out in 2018, discussed her approach to managing relationships and perceived betrayals in a recent interview on the podcast "Second Act with Ateh Jewel." She stated that she records the names of those who have upset her, noting, "I write lists of people. I've got hit lists about everyone."

"It's not about getting into my parties or anything like that," Cutler explained. "It's like, I see you, I know you are. I write it down at night when I'm bored. I don't talk about them - I just keep it on a list and I think, I've got you and I know exactly who you are. And you know what? People show their true colours all the time."

Cutler, once dubbed the "party Rottweiler" for her role in organizing exclusive events for the London social scene, was a close friend of Moss for over two decades. The rift between them reportedly began eight years ago when Cutler allegedly sent Moss an unflattering message about her appearance that was intended for someone else. The friendship did not recover, and the pair have not been seen together since.

Sources indicate that attempts to reconcile may have occurred at the funeral of a mutual friend, Annabelle Neilson, in July 2018, but the interaction reportedly ended with an exchange of words. However, Cutler's daughter, Mercy, did attend Moss's daughter Lila's 16th birthday celebration later that year.

Cutler suggested that the breakdown of some friendships might be attributed to external factors rather than herself, stating, "It could have been me, but I talked to my sister about it and we had a long discussion and we definitely think it was them. They all went a bit mentally weird and a bit strange."

She also cited "jealousy" as a contributing factor, observing that some friends are in unhappy marriages or are otherwise bored. Cutler has recently "edited" her social circle, removing approximately ten individuals with whom she no longer communicates.

Despite her practice of keeping these lists, Cutler insists she is not vengeful, believing that karma or fate will intervene. "I don't need to be [vengeful] because it always happens with karma," she said. "I look on and go, 'Oh, god, oh, what a shame that's happened to them. Told you so!' And then I look at my list, going, they got their comeuppance!"

Cutler also commented on how some of her former friends have struggled with aging, contrasting it with her own positive outlook. "I think that's why some of my other girlfriends have gone a bit doolally - they can't handle getting older," she stated. "Or they've just lost themselves... or someone's had too much [cosmetic work] done."

While Moss remains off Cutler's list of friends, Cutler spoke positively about current relationships with Naomi Campbell and Lily Allen. She praised Allen's "amazing comeback" and described Campbell as "the queen" and a "whole different person" since becoming a mother.

Cutler also addressed rumors of her potential participation in "Real Housewives of London," stating that she was approached but declined, as she found the show's participants to be "fake and not real."
