Eden Wood, widely recognized from her childhood appearances on the TLC reality series "Toddlers & Tiaras," has announced her engagement to her boyfriend, Dean. Wood, now 21, shared the news in April, revealing that she and Dean have been a couple for nearly two years.

Wood, who was propelled into the spotlight at a young age, competed in child beauty pageants and amassed over 300 titles before retiring from pageants at the age of six. She later pursued other interests, including a role as Darla in the 2014 film "The Little Rascals Save the Day," before stepping away from public life to focus on her education. She is currently studying public relations at the University of Central Arkansas with aspirations to open her own PR firm.

In a recent interview, Wood discussed her upcoming marriage, stating, "When you know, you know." She and Dean, who is from Texas, met and connected through social media. Dean later moved to Arkansas, Wood's home state, to play college baseball. The couple bonded over shared faith, and Dean proposed to Wood in a picturesque setting. Wood shared her engagement news on social media with the caption, "Heart is full, hand is heavy, I’M A FIANCÉE. Thank You, Jesus."

Wood acknowledged that her childhood was largely spent in the public eye and expressed her enjoyment of a more private life now. However, she jokingly suggested that if she and Dean have a daughter, they might consider putting her in a pageant or two. Responding to potential comments about her age at marriage, Wood emphasized the importance of faith and shared core beliefs in a relationship, stating, "I don’t think age necessarily matters when we have God at the center of our relationship."

Fans who watched Wood during her time on "Toddlers & Tiaras" and "The Little Rascals Save the Day" have expressed surprise and pride at her current life stage. Many took to social media to congratulate her on her engagement and celebrate her achievements since her childhood fame. Her mother, Mickie, had previously detailed the significant investment, estimated between $65,000 and $70,000, made into preparing Wood for the pageant stage, including spray tans, outfits, and makeup.
