Five Below has released a new line of merchandise in collaboration with the reality television series “Love Island.” The collection features a variety of budget-friendly items, including body care products, accessories, and a spray tan gun, which are available in Five Below stores nationwide and online.

The merchandise aims to capture the essence of the show, with items such as "Slay Body Oil," "Island Breeze Body & Hair Fragrance," and pink water bottles branded with the "Love Island" logo. Some products, like the water bottles and fragrance mist, have reportedly sold out quickly due to high demand. Fans have expressed excitement on social media, with one user stating on Facebook, "My Love Island fan era is thriving!" and another urging others to "RUN to Five below!!"

However, not all customers have been pleased with the new products. Some shoppers have voiced complaints about the scents of the body care items, with one user on TikTok describing a product as smelling "like coconut and piss." Another significant point of contention is the spray tan gun, priced at $25. A professional spray tan artist shared a negative review on TikTok, calling the product a "big bust" and detailing how it produced an "extremely splotchy" and uneven finish when used on a client. The artist concluded that the spray gun was not suitable for professional use.

Despite the mixed reviews on certain items, other merchandise, such as a $7 towel and beach bag combo and $5 hand sanitizers, has been noted as more practical and well-received.

"Love Island USA," which airs new episodes daily except Wednesdays on Peacock, is an adaptation of the UK series. The show follows contestants as they form relationships and compete in various challenges.
