Fairfax & Favor has partnered with British content creator and author Lydia Millen on a three-piece leather bag collection set to launch Sept. 16, 2025.

The range, developed with Millen over roughly two years, comprises The Top Handle, The Micro Top Handle and The Clutch in earthy tones including tan, burgundy and black. Prices sit in the mid-price bracket of about £300 to £400 per bag.

Millen, who is 37 and posts as @Lydia to her roughly 1.6 million followers, said the collection was designed for everyday versatility. "I like to think we've created rural elegance," she said, adding that the bags were intended to move between countryside and city life. "Sometimes, the accessories are the outfit, so we wanted these bags to go everywhere."

The collaboration draws on Millen's countryside lifestyle. She described her typical kit as a mix of practical and personal items — pens, lip balms, dog-waste bags, perfume, a battery pack, riding gloves, two phones and a vlogging camera — and said she has been involved in every step of the design process since it began.

Fairfax & Favor, a Norfolk-based luxury lifestyle brand known for leather goods and country-inspired accessories, positioned the collection as intentionally timeless. In publicity materials Millen emphasized durability and patina, saying the structural styles were "designed to be worn time and time again" and would improve in appearance as the leather aged.

The three styles aim to span a range of occasions, from daytime country pursuits to office and evening wear, with a relatively restrained palette. The company described the pieces as ageless and targeted customers looking for an investment handbag at a mid-range price point.

Retail availability will be through Fairfax & Favor, which said the collection will be offered online beginning Sept. 16. The company did not disclose initial production quantities; Millen predicted demand could outstrip supply and said she hoped the partnership could lead to additional collections in future.

The collaboration follows a broader trend of lifestyle influencers partnering with established fashion labels to create capsule collections that blend influencer aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship. Fairfax & Favor has previously collaborated on limited runs and positioned itself around country-lifestyle markets, while Millen has built an audience around rural living, animals and fashion.

Buyers and retailers will likely watch initial sales closely to gauge whether the capsule achieves the cross-market appeal Fairfax & Favor and Millen targeted. Millen said the pieces were intended to remain relevant over multiple seasons, reflecting a focus on longevity rather than fast-fashion turnover.
