The organization, based in east London, learned of the incident when its customer relations service provider, Beacon CRM, experienced a cybersecurity breach involving unauthorized access to its systems.

In an email to those affected, ENB stated that the leaked information may include email addresses, business phone numbers, and business addresses. The ballet company expressed deep regret for the concerning incident, emphasizing that no customer passwords or payment details were compromised. However, ENB is advising customers to remain vigilant against suspicious emails and to verify the sender before clicking on any links.
