Emmy Rossum returns to television in the new Hulu crime drama "Furious," premiering on July 27. The series marks Rossum's first series regular role in three years.

Created by Elizabeth Meriwether, known for "New Girl" and "The Dropout," "Furious" is inspired by the 1987 film "Black Widow." The show centers on FBI agent Alice Black, portrayed by Rossum, as she pursues a mysterious female serial killer. As their paths cross, the distinction between right and wrong becomes blurred.

The series will debut with three episodes on July 27. Following the premiere, one new episode will be released every Monday through August 31.

"Furious" is exclusively available on Hulu, requiring a subscription. Monthly plans range from $10.99 for the ad-supported version to $18.99 for the ad-free option. Bundle packages including Disney+ and Hulu start at $12.99 per month.

The cast also includes Lola Petticrew, Scoot McNairy, Quincy Tyler Bernstine, and Jake Lacy as Marshall.
