Emily Miller and Cam Holmes, known for their appearance on the reality series "Too Hot to Handle," have announced the birth of their twins, Arabella and Albie. The couple confirmed the arrival of their daughter and son on Thursday, sharing a black and white photograph of the newborns.
"Welcome to the world, Arabella & Albie 31.07.2026," Miller and Holmes posted jointly on Instagram. Miller shared that she gave birth on July 31. The couple are already parents to their two-year-old son, Reggie.
This news follows Miller and Holmes' engagement announcement last October. Miller stated that Holmes proposed after five years together during a family vacation in Greece.
Miller and Holmes welcomed their first child in June 2024, after experiencing an ectopic pregnancy two years prior. In June of the previous year, Miller shared a personal account of her experience with an ectopic pregnancy, noting the bittersweet nature of the anniversary.
An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, often in a fallopian tube, and cannot develop into a viable pregnancy. This condition typically requires medical intervention. Miller also reflected on personal losses, including her dog and grandmother, and spoke about the emotional connection she felt to her grandfather through her dog. She mentioned that they had decided to name their son after her grandfather before her grandmother's passing, finding a sense of linkage in these events.
