Emily Atack's ITV quiz show "Nobody's Fool" has been canceled after a single series, an ITV spokesperson confirmed to The Daily Mail. The decision leaves the actress potentially available for a role in a forthcoming "Inbetweeners" movie.
"Nobody's Fool," which Atack hosted alongside Danny Dyer, premiered in May. The show featured ten contestants who attempted to deceive others into believing they had aced daily quizzes to win a prize of up to £100,000. Viewers reportedly described the program as a "rip-off" of the Disney+ series "The Inbetweeners."
An ITV spokesperson stated that "there are no immediate plans for another series of Nobody’s Fool." A source told The Sun that while the cancellation is disappointing for Atack, it might offer fans hope for her participation in the third "Inbetweeners" film. The original four lead actors – Simon Bird, James Buckley, Blake Harrison, and Joe Thomas – are reprising their roles for the movie, and producers are reportedly keen for Atack to return as Charlotte "Big Jugs" Hinchcliffe.
Reports from 2019 indicated that Atack was excluded from an "Inbetweeners" reunion due to a past relationship with James Buckley. However, she has since married Dr. Alistair Garner and has been working on other projects, including a new BBC program titled "Reputation" and starring in the Disney+ series "Rivals."
