Elizabeth Hurley arrived at the 2025 National Television Awards flanked by boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus and her son Damian on Wednesday, cutting a striking figure in a silver sheer gown with a plunging neckline and thigh‑high split. The actress and model, who turned 60 in June, smiled on the red carpet and later joined her The Inheritance co-star Rob Rinder on stage to present the Best Reality Competition award, which was won by I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Hurley was accompanied by Cyrus, 64, who wore an all‑black ensemble including a suede jacket and tailored trousers, and by her 23‑year‑old son Damian, who posed in a white suit and satin shirt. The arrivals were part of the red carpet at London's O2 Arena, where British television's most popular programmes and personalities were being recognised in a ceremony marking the NTAs' 30th anniversary.

Rob Rinder, who co-presents The Inheritance with Hurley, appeared visibly taken by her on the red carpet and quipped about her dress when the pair presented on stage. Dressed in a red velvet jacket and bow tie, Rinder told Hurley, "You're defying Newton's laws of physics. Well done to you!" The pair handed the Best Reality Competition award to the Jungle show, which beat Love Island, Race Across the World and The Traitors in the publicly voted category.

Hurley's appearance follows the launch of her Channel 4 reality series The Inheritance last month, in which she appears alongside Rinder and other personalities. In interviews this year she has said Cyrus has been teaching her to play guitar and that she has sought a better work–life balance after decades in film and television. Hurley told Hello! magazine that she spent her 60th birthday at home with friends and family, and that her son baked her a cake.

The NTAs, established in 1995 to give the public a voice in recognising television talent, were being hosted this year with red carpet arrivals fronted by Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks. The ceremony, broadcast live on ITV2, featured a wide range of nominees across drama, serial drama, comedy, entertainment and presenting categories. Among the nominees for TV Presenter were Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, Claudia Winkleman, Gary Lineker, Alison Hammond and Stacey Solomon. Drama nominations included the Netflix series Adolescence and other high‑profile productions that drew strong critical and audience attention over the past year.

Producers said the awards were intended as a celebration of the nation's most loved shows and stars, with winners decided by public vote via post, telephone and online. The NTAs continued through the evening with entertainment performances and further awards, acknowledging long‑running favourites as well as newer entries to the British television landscape.
