Dua Lipa and Callum Turner arrived in New York City on Monday, appearing as a newlywed couple after their recent wedding and honeymoon in Italy. The couple was seen at the airport, with Turner holding Lipa's hand as they departed.
Lipa, 30, shared on Instagram that her honeymoon with Turner, 36, was "heaven on earth." The celebration reportedly began in Sicily with a three-day event in Palermo, held at the historic Villa Valguarnera. Reports indicate the wedding cost approximately £1.5 million. Lipa's wedding attire included a haute couture Chanel gown by Matthieu Blazy, featuring thousands of beads and 25,000 feathers, paired with a veil embroidered over 3,220 hours. Turner wore a bespoke Louis Vuitton suit.
The honeymoon itinerary included stops along the Amalfi Coast, Rome, Naples, and Taormina, where they stayed at the San Domenico Palace, a hotel featured in "The White Lotus 2." During their travels, they visited the Trevi Fountain in Rome and relaxed on the coastline. Lipa also shared photos from hotels like La Posta Vecchia, a Renaissance villa near Rome once owned by J. Paul Getty, and Hotel Il Pellicano in Tuscany. Images from the honeymoon show the couple displaying their wedding rings, enjoying time on a yacht, and Lipa wearing an SSC Napoli football shirt.
Earlier this month, three days after their official marriage ceremony at Marylebone town hall in London, the couple jetted off to Sicily. They reportedly met in January 2024 at a Los Angeles party. Guests at the wedding included Sir Elton John, who performed, as well as Charli XCX and Donatella Versace.
Sources close to the couple suggest they are looking forward to starting a family in the near future. The couple also plans to relocate to the United States for seven months. Turner is scheduled for two film shoots in the U.S., including a remake of the 1981 horror film "Possession" alongside Margaret Qualley, and the baseball film "The Comebacker," in which Tom Hanks is set to play his pitching coach. Turner noted that their work often requires international travel and that they prioritize spending time together when not working.
