Dua Lipa and her fiancé, actor Callum Turner, are reportedly searching for a second home in Spain with a budget of up to £9 million as they seek privacy and space for family and friends, UK tabloid coverage said Thursday.
According to the Daily Mail, which cited The Sun, the pair have been shown properties in Marbella and elsewhere in Andalucía priced between about £3 million and £9 million. A source told The Sun the couple want a house that can “comfortably fit Dua and Callum, as well as their family and friends,” and that peace and tranquility are priorities as they weigh several mansions overlooking the sea and hillside retreats. Daily Mail said the pair are prepared to make an offer soon.
The reports come after the couple confirmed their engagement in June. Rumours of a proposal circulated in late 2024 before the singer publicly shared her excitement earlier this summer. The pair, described in the reports as a “loved-up power couple,” have also taken a professional step together: the creation of TwentyTwo Films Limited, a company registered for motion picture and programme production activities in which both hold equal shares, the Daily Mail reported.
A source quoted by The Sun said the production venture followed the couple’s desire for greater creative control, with Lipa having previously worked on film-related projects and Turner pursuing acting roles. The source described the business as an early-stage plan and said “the wheels are in motion.” The Daily Mail reported that the outlet contacted representatives for comment.
Dua Lipa, 30, marked her 30th birthday recently in a sun-soaked location with Turner, 35, sharing images on social media that included beach photos and a tribute thanking her family. In an emotional message to fans, she wrote that the last year had been “my favorite year yet” and expressed gratitude to her parents for supporting her ambitions.
Neither Lipa nor Turner have publicly confirmed details of any property negotiations or announced wedding plans. The reports represent tabloid coverage of the couple’s private life and business activities and cite unnamed sources and property viewings. The Daily Mail and The Sun did not provide documentation of specific listings in the stories.
Dua Lipa, a pop singer and songwriter, and Callum Turner, an actor known for film and television roles, have in recent years balanced international careers that include touring, recording and screen work. Purchasing a bolthole in southern Spain is a common choice for public figures seeking more privacy and warmer climes for family gatherings and breaks between professional commitments.
