DJ Fisher said he spent about $20,000 to have a can of his own drink delivered from Sydney to Ibiza after a late‑night craving.

Paul Nicholas Fisher, 38, a DJ and part‑owner of alcoholic seltzer brand Hard Fizz, posted footage showing a friend and business partner, Joel Scott, carry a can of Hard Fizz Pineapple Vodka from a fridge and hand it to Fisher on a boat off the coast of Ibiza. Fisher described the trip in a statement as the result of “craving some of that sweet nectar,” and called Scott “the best Uber Eats delivery guy on the planet.”

According to Fisher’s account, Scott’s route was not direct: he flew from Sydney to Doha, then Milan and finally to Ibiza, a journey totalling about 17,000 kilometres. The travel costs for the four flights amounted to roughly $20,000, Fisher said. Video posted by Fisher shows him accepting the canned drink and later enjoying it while performing to a crowd.

Fisher has been based in Ibiza for months as part of his international DJ schedule. He and Scott are listed as co‑owners of Hard Fizz, which produces a range of alcoholic seltzers including the Pineapple Vodka flavour shown in the clips. Fisher used social media to recount the episode and to thank Scott for the delivery.

The incident drew comparisons to other high‑spend celebrity food and delivery anecdotes. In January, former AFL player and broadcaster Brendan Fevola told a radio interview that his cumulative Uber Eats spending once totalled about $36,000 in a year, a figure that gained attention on social platforms and in news reports.

Fisher’s post underscores how entertainers and brand owners often combine personal promotion and social media content. The footage of the transcontinental hand delivery circulated online alongside commentary about cost and convenience, but Fisher’s statement framed the trip as a lighthearted example of friendship and brand loyalty.

No independent invoice or travel documentation has been released publicly to corroborate the precise cost breakdown for the flights. Fisher’s record as a touring DJ and his ownership stake in Hard Fizz were cited in the social posts accompanying the video, which has since been viewed and shared widely across platforms.
