Dermot O'Leary, 53, shared a shirtless selfie with his wife, Dee Koppang, 47, while on a romantic holiday in Italy on Sunday. The couple was seen enjoying the scenery in Salento.

O'Leary, known for his role on "This Morning" and formerly as the host of "The X Factor," is typically private about his family life. The Instagram post featured the couple smiling against a sunset backdrop, with Koppang wearing a leopard print cover-up.

The couple met while working for the same television corporation and began dating in 2002. They were engaged in 2011 during a trip to New York and married in September 2012. They have one son, Kasper, who is six years old.

O'Leary has previously spoken about the joys and demands of fatherhood, noting how becoming a parent has shifted his priorities. He described keeping up with his young son as requiring significant energy, comparing it to an "Olympic sprint." He also expressed his enjoyment of family time, including everyday activities with Kasper.

"Having a child has changed what I want from life and what makes me happy," O'Leary stated in a past interview. "Do I need another car? The latest gadget? A bit of vintage Van Morrison vinyl? No, forget the material stuff. What I want is to be with the people I love. Being a dad puts the world in perspective."
