Former England captain David Beckham was seen at a World Cup match alongside his sons Cruz and Brooklyn, with the family's attendance occurring amidst reported public tensions.
Cruz Beckham, 21, was observed wearing a Brazil shirt during the team's 3-0 victory over Scotland. He attended the match in Miami with his girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, who was supporting the Brazilian team. David Beckham, 51, who previously earned 115 caps for England, was seen embracing his son in the stands. Apostel, 30, wore an Intrasport sportswear design from one of Cruz's brother, Romeo's, brands.
David Beckham was also seen drinking red wine from a large glass while watching the game, a departure from the typical pint glasses seen at UK matches. He was dressed in a beige blazer.
Meanwhile, his elder son Brooklyn Beckham, 27, was photographed with his father-in-law, billionaire Nelson Peltz, who celebrated his 84th birthday this week. Brooklyn posted a tribute to Peltz on Wednesday, calling him the "best father-in-law" and expressing his love. This follows a Father's Day post from David Beckham that included a photo of himself with all four of his children, captioned "Being a dad is my most important job." Brooklyn has reportedly not seen his family since Christmas 2024, with sources tracing the estrangement to reported tensions around his wedding in April 2022.
