Australian cricketer David Warner and his wife, Candice Warner, are selling their Maroubra apartment with a price guide of $1.2 to $1.3 million.

The two-bedroom residence offers ocean views and overlooks bushland.

The apartment has undergone recent renovations, including updates to the kitchen and bathroom, new flooring, fresh paint, and new blinds. It features two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, an L-shaped living and dining area, and a lock-up garage.

The couple purchased the property for $975,000 in 2017. Its sale comes after they moved into their nearby $4 million mansion in Lurline Bay. The Warners spent five years renovating the mansion, which they purchased in late 2015, and finally moved in in 2022.

Neighbors had previously expressed frustration over the extended construction period and associated noise and access issues at the mansion site. In 2016, the couple sold their previous family home in Coogee for $7.05 million before acquiring the Maroubra property that served as a temporary residence during their mansion renovation.
