Channel Nine Sports Presenter Danika Mason has been photographed showing off her baby bump, days after announcing her pregnancy with fiancé Liam Knight. The 34-year-old is expecting a baby girl, due in December.
Mason shared the news earlier this week on The Today Show, explaining the decision to announce the pregnancy on air. "We feel so honored to be brought into your households every single morning, so when there's news here, it's nice to share it with you guys first before the rest of the world gets to hear about it," she told viewers. She noted that her colleague Sarah Abo is also expecting, jokingly referring to a "little baby boom here on the Today show." Mason also announced the pregnancy on Instagram, posting photos of her dog with a bib reading "promoted to big brother" alongside ultrasound images and a positive pregnancy test.
The couple's relationship became public in July 2024. Knight proposed to Mason in October of the same year during a trip to Europe, with the proposal taking place on a beach in Sardinia, Italy. The couple's child is expected to arrive in December.
