Danielle Olivera, a star of Bravo's reality series "Summer House," has shared the first photo of her son, Aidan Santos Heavey, who was born more than two months prematurely on Father's Day. The infant is currently in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Olivera, 37, posted the update on Instagram on Thursday, stating she was "still processing the last week and then some." She expressed her happiness that her son "just couldn't wait to meet us" and added, "More to come but for now, I'm just so happy he's here and doing well."
The accompanying slideshow included images from her pregnancy and concluded with a black-and-white photograph taken in the NICU, showing Olivera and her partner, Eoin Heavey, looking at their infant son. Olivera captioned the image, "Worth every second. Ready for our biggest adventure yet."
She documented the journey with Heavey, a 39-year-old Irish tech entrepreneur and former professional tennis player, from her pregnancy bump to the delivery room. "More to share on the wild journey to get here but we did it — best partner in the world," she wrote, sharing a picture of Heavey offering support in the delivery room.
Heavey also shared details of Olivera's labor, noting she experienced contractions on a Friday evening and was taken to an emergency room. She was later transferred by ambulance to Stony Brook for further care. Heavey described himself as a "nervous terrified, sobbing mess" on their first Father's Day, but expressed pride in Olivera.
Aidan is expected to remain in the hospital for an estimated two to three months. The couple, who began dating last year, announced their pregnancy in May.
Olivera addressed potential timeline questions regarding her relationship with Heavey, who is reportedly still finalizing a divorce from his estranged wife. Olivera clarified that she did not begin dating Heavey until after he had separated from his wife, emphasizing "no overlap whatsoever."
