Danielle Mason, the former Page 3 model and sister of EastEnders actress Jessie Wallace, said she is in a new relationship with a 27‑year‑old former footballer after publicly alleging that her ex‑fiancé attacked her on the night of their engagement party.

Mason, 42, shared an image of facial injuries on social media last week and said the wounds were sustained at the DoubleTree By Hilton St Anne's in Wokingham during an engagement celebration in November 2024. She told the Daily Mail that she served her former fiancé, Lee Dopson, with a non‑molestation order that was granted at Slough Court and that she is now dating Jordan Vincent, who once played in the Chelsea Youth League and works in construction.

Mason said she and Dopson, a garden landscaper, began dating in 2023 after meeting while on school runs and that they split in May. She said she met Vincent about a month after the separation and that the pair developed a strong bond. After two months of dating, Mason said Vincent asked her to be his girlfriend; she told the Daily Mail she initially thought the timing was "too soon" but decided to accept because neither was seeing anyone else.

On Instagram, Mason documented recent nights out with friends and wrote, "Out of the storm, back to myself. The last 3 months have been all about laughter, late nights, and real ones who reminded me who I am. Circle's tighter, energy's lighter, and I've never felt more me. #GrowthSeason #RealOnesOnly." She also posted messages thanking followers for support after sharing the image of her injuries.

Mason has described the bruising and swelling in the photograph as the result of an incident she said occurred hours after the engagement party. In a series of Instagram Stories, she said she had been reluctant to speak out but felt compelled after seeing Dopson post material about the episode. She told followers she had obtained legal protection and planned to speak to her solicitor.

Dopson posted a video montage on social media showing his own facial scratches; Mason told the Daily Mail that those marks were sustained during an act of self‑defence during the alleged assault. The Daily Mail contacted Dopson for comment, according to the original report.

Both Mason and Dopson have children from previous relationships. Mason has two children, aged 12 and 10, with her ex‑husband Tony Giles; the pair appeared on Channel 4's My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.

A non‑molestation order, under the Family Law Act 1996 in the United Kingdom, is a court injunction intended to protect an associated person and any children from violence, threats, harassment or pestering. It can prevent the respondent from using or threatening violence, from contacting or harassing the protected person, from attending specified properties, or from encouraging third parties to engage in prohibited actions. Mason said she obtained such an order after the incident.

Mason also reflected on the reaction of others in her Instagram Stories, saying it can be "so hurtful" when people who know of alleged abuse continue to support the accused to "keep face for their family." She added that speaking out had been difficult but that "strength comes out" after the initial months following such events.
