The pair, who have been the subject of dating rumors since September, appeared relaxed and happy as they dined together. Johnson, 37, was photographed in a faux fur-collared leather jacket and jeans, while Kelly, 36, wore sweats and a hoodie.
Their outing follows reports that Johnson is experiencing a particularly fulfilling romantic life. The couple was first linked romantically in September after being seen entering Taylor Swift's New York City apartment, reportedly seeking privacy. Sources told Page Six that Swift had allowed friends to use her properties for private meetups.
Johnson and Kelly were also seen leaving Swift's residence and reportedly spent the night at a nearby hotel. According to People, the actress has been visiting Kelly in the studio, and a source close to Johnson described their connection as having "a lot of chemistry" and a shared "dry and dark sense of humor."
Johnson, daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, was previously in a relationship with musician Role Model, real name Tucker Pillsbury, which reportedly ended in August after eight months. Machine Gun Kelly, born Colson Baker, has a 19-month-old daughter, Saga, with ex-girlfriend Megan Fox, and a 17-year-old daughter, Casie, with ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon. Johnson also previously dated Chris Martin for nearly eight years before their engagement reportedly ended in June 2025.
Johnson has spoken about her attraction to musicians, telling Vogue in September, "They like me. I don't know what to say. And I like them."
