Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have married in a private civil ceremony in Portugal, according to a statement from the Portuguese soccer star's public relations team. The couple, who have been together for 10 years, exchanged vows Tuesday in Cascais, a coastal town near the capital Lisbon.

Their five children attended the intimate ceremony. Both Ronaldo and Rodriguez shared a photo of their wedding rings on their respective Instagram accounts.

Ronaldo, 41, a five-time world player of the year, recently competed in his record-tying sixth World Cup for Portugal. His current team, Saudi club Al Nassr, is scheduled to begin its domestic season on Saturday.
