Courteney Cox and her daughter, Coco Arquette, recently attended the Road to the Golden Globes Party during the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), marking a rare joint red carpet appearance for the mother and daughter. The pair, dressed in coordinated all-black ensembles, were photographed together at the event held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto.
Cox, 62, wore a sleeveless, tea-length black dress, paired with knee-high leather boots and delicate gold jewelry. Arquette, 22, opted for a long-sleeved minidress, slingback pumps, and a red leather shoulder bag. The duo also posed with Helen Hoehne, the president of the Golden Globes.
This appearance comes a few months after Arquette celebrated her 22nd birthday in June. Cox shared a tribute on social media, calling her daughter a "wise soul," the "funniest person I know," and her "life teacher."
Cox shares Coco with ex-husband David Arquette, 54, to whom she was married from 1999 until their divorce in 2013. The former couple has maintained an amicable relationship. Arquette also posted birthday wishes for his daughter, expressing pride in her and wishing her a "magical world."
Cox previously reflected on Arquette's college experience, noting that while she initially didn't mind her daughter leaving for school, the second year proved more difficult for her. She described Coco as a "special, smart, funny kid."
