Coleen Nolan, 61, has shared that her physical well-being has improved since she started dating her boyfriend, Ryan Brockbank, 41. The television presenter, who recently publicized her relationship with Brockbank, humorously stated that her hips are “probably better now” since they began dating.
Nolan met Brockbank, a fashion lecturer, after a stint on the reality show Celebs Go Dating, which she described as a “disaster.” Speaking to Closer Magazine, Nolan reflected on the rejections she experienced on the show, admitting, "My ego was on the floor. It was mortifying when people did not put their hands up [if they wanted you]. It was a bit humiliating but you've got to take it. It is transparent and you learn along the way."
Nolan and Brockbank, who is 20 years her junior, are reported to have taken a romantic trip together, and Brockbank has shared photos of Nolan on social media. A source indicated that Nolan is “pretty smitten” with Brockbank and that their relationship is progressing quickly. The source also noted that Brockbank is a father himself, and they share common interests.
Nolan was previously married to actor Shane Richie from 1990 to 1999, and later to Ray Fensome from 2007 to 2018. She previously discussed her dating experiences on Celebs Go Dating, telling The Sun that while she had a great date, it did not lead to a romantic connection. She also cited geographical distance as a challenge, noting that many of her dates were from Essex while she lives in Staffordshire.
Nolan has also recently shared her 3.5 stone weight loss, achieved with a weight-loss company that also promotes fat jabs. She has transitioned from a size 20 to a size 14, reporting increased energy and improved back pain since her weight loss in April. She previously stated she would not use weight loss drugs like Ozempic, expressing skepticism about such methods.
