Coleen Nolan, 61, has shared details of how her relationship with boyfriend Ryan Brockbank, 41, began, revealing he made the first move via direct message on Instagram. Nolan, a presenter on the show "Loose Women," has been romantically involved with Brockbank, a fashion lecturer, for several months.

Nolan posted a screenshot of their initial exchange, which occurred in May. Brockbank's message read, "Hey. Hope you are having a great weekend. Drink?" Nolan responded with a red heart emoji, and their conversation continued with Brockbank inquiring if she was watching Eurovision.

Brockbank later shared the screenshot with the caption "How it started…" and followed up with a selfie of himself and Nolan captioned "How it's going."

Future Plans

Nolan has expressed readiness for marriage for a third time, a sentiment that surprised her 25-year-old daughter, Ciara. Nolan stated on her podcast "Nolans Uncensored" that she had previously decided against remarrying but met Ryan, describing him as "what I have been looking for, for probably 50 years."

Nolan was previously married to actor Shane Richie from 1990 to 1999, with whom she has two sons, Shane, 37, and Jake, 33. Her second marriage was to Ray Fensome from 2007 to 2018, and they have a daughter, Ciara, 25.

Recently, Nolan also revealed matching tattoos with Brockbank. Her daughter Ciara commented on the podcast that Nolan has an "R" and a heart tattooed on her, along with the phrase "Until the end" on her forearm, noting that the family felt she had "lost the plot."

Nolan's appearance on "Celebs Go Dating" was described by her as a "disaster," with her ego having been "on the floor" due to rejections. She noted that potential dates were often from Essex, a considerable distance from her home in Staffordshire, and that a significant romantic spark had been absent until she met Brockbank. She also credited the show's agents and therapy for personal change.
