Christina Pazsitzky filed for divorce from comedian Tom Segura in Texas in May, several months before their separation became public knowledge in July, according to reports. The couple, who were married in 2008, reportedly filed court documents to seal the case shortly after the initial filing.

A source close to Pazsitzky stated that the breakup was amicable and that the couple, who share two sons born in 2016 and 2018, remain committed to their children's well-being. "Christina is doing totally fine," the source told Page Six. "It was an amicable breakup. She and Tom had twenty productive years with having a family and their amazing children."

The source added that there is "zero ill will toward each other" and that the couple is dedicated to providing their children with as much normalcy and privacy as possible during this transition.

News of the comedians' separation emerged in July, with sources indicating they had been apart for a few months. At the time, representatives for Pazsitzky and Segura did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Despite their split, Pazsitzky and Segura continue to co-host their podcast, "Your Mom's House," which they started in 2012. A source noted that they had a "special and productive relationship" that led to a successful comedy podcast network and their family. "They are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children."

Pazsitzky addressed the divorce on a recent episode of their podcast, describing their current relationship as having a "good rapport." She explained that after 20 years together, meeting in their 20s, "people change. It's just one of those things." She emphasized that things are "not ugly" between them and that they remain "still a family in many regards" and are "not at each other's throats."

Segura also discussed the divorce on his podcast, calling it a "horrible experience" and an "emotional rollercoaster." He noted that emotions can fluctuate daily during such a difficult time. Segura expressed no issue with Pazsitzky discussing their split, as they had begun recording podcast episodes separately some time prior, and her episode was released first.
